AAPI HERITAGE MONTH | Diageo x House of Slay

Day Night Mrkt

Hype House Meets Night Market

An integrated program rooted in co-curated experiences and programming, creating the space to acknowledge the challenges the AAPI community face, while also celebrating its rich and vibrant culture, and its impact on mainstream American culture.

The Partner House of Slay

Prabal Gurung, Phillip Lim, Laura Kim, Tina Leung and Ezra Williams joined forces to create the HOUSE OF SLAY in late 2021.

In truly heroic fashion, the members of the House of Slay take on racism, hatred, bullying and fear of the “other”. House of Slay is a place for everyone—an inclusive space representing not only the AAPI  heritage of its founders, but underrepresented voices from all walks of life.

Visual identity

Program Name Concept + Graphic Design

This name speaks to the duality of the timing our experience will occur, during both the “Day” and “Night”. The word “Market” speaks to the very foundation of the experience, while alluding to the traditional night markets that have been a cultural and community driven experience within the AAPI community for centuries.
